Returns
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- Products must be returned in original packaging.
- Original invoice/bill is mandatory for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or made-to-order products.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
- Items that have been installed, modified, or altered after delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:
- Order ID
- Clear product photos or videos.
- Description of the issue.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), return shipping costs will be borne by Brahmand.
- If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
